Default Parcel2go.com

Warning to anyone thinking of using Parcel2go.com - don't! They are completely useless. I arranged for a parcel to be collected on 16/11/2005. They took payment straight away but three weeks later they still hadn't collected it despite numerous promises that it would be collected on a certain date. They offerred no explanation except once when they fobbed me off with the excuse "the person you spoke with before has been off sick since and so probably didn't get a chance to actually place your order".

After 3 weeks of them arranging new dates but not turning up I decided to cancel and drive up myself. I then spent £70 in fuel doing the 500 mile round trip to collect my parcel only to find that they had turned up to collect it shortly before me despite me cancelling them the day before.

They haven't answered any of the 8 e-mails previously sent and their telephone customer services recon they cannot answer any questions by phone and to send an e-mail.

I know some people of here use them and maybe I am just jinxed but parcel2go are shite. When Parcel Force failed to turn up at least they had the decency to refund me unlike these cowboys.

They may be cheap but there's a reason for that.
