Default Which Car To Buy ?................

Heres the problem, I have been looking to purchase a car for myself and my son now has got rid of his Saab and needs another vehicle, a ford seems to be a good start. RS 2000 2 WD or 4 x 4, ST24 or ST200, 3 Door Cossie or 4 x 4, 1.7 Puma, also concidered Mitsubishi FTO or Lancer Evo. The eventual car will be used for everyday activities but less than 50 miles per week and in all weathers, amount of money available up to £6,000.00p. Now which of the above car would suit ?, insurance costs N/A, running costs N/A, reliablility and handling a must, note car will sometimes be left in public car parks for upto 2 hours or so from time to time, your advice?. Note I have to have an operation to repair the cruciate ligamant in my left shoulder soon so no driving for 6 months or so after that. My sons next car is priority and we must sort something out like now.

For 6k and if running costs weren't a problem I would get a high mileage BMW E36 M3.

Thought the Cruciate ligaments were in your knee as well???

Good luck with the Recovery but I am almost 100% certain there is NOT a cruciate ligament in the Shoulder. I have a Sports Science degree and have always had a keen interest in sports injuries. Sad I know

There are a few ligaments in the shoulder, the 3 Glenohumeral jobbies and the rest I can't remember!

ACL, PCL, rotator cuffs its all come flooding back to me...
