just went on the ffoc.co.uk...................
put a little post up to gee a friend up & got bombarded by mini-hitler mods, it was like Eagle on an oversize sig sorry Pete.......
i put it in the general chat room & got it removed by one of the hitler wana-be's saying i could have pm'd it!!!!! a few of the others joined in aswell, kind of reminded me of the dudes who get given a day glo yellow jacket at an event, they go on a powertrip when there meant to be directing traffic...............
for me its straight back to the abuse of PF
peace out
(edited to correct web title)

Yeah same as on FFOC, if your not in the "in crowd" you will be moderated
I have had a few posts now deleted by them for no reason. My last post was about top speed at brunters and becasue they dont agree with speeding i believe it was deleted. WTF has top speed at brunters testing ground got to do with speed on the road or was it becuase my std ST170 may have been faster than other std ST170's tested ?

Its funny reading this as, I am Admin on the ffoc.co.uk not ffoc.com
Some of the comments here I feel are people jumping on the band wagon, all the posts removed are seen by the admin team (If there are any questions then please feel free to email/pm me ).
So I can see why they were removed etc, Like all forums there are rules, Street racing is one of them but if Andys post was about brunnting thorpe then I would be more than happy to look into it for you .
As the Focus is a "family" car we try to keep it family friendly, so people do think some actions are a little tough, but you can't please everyone.

There's clicky groups on all forums, this one in particular from someone who hasn't been on here long, it's the same everywhere you go.
Andy RST - If your posts were about top speeds at Brunters then you're right, they should have been deleted, but I don't remember seeing them so can't comment.
The only stuff that gets deleted on FFOC is anything rude, insulting, etc or anyone trying to sell stuff (the latter I believe is the same on here) - if you want swearing and pointless crap stick around on passionford where no one bothers about it
btw Matt, considering Power Engineering get a fair bit of business from FFOC members, it's hardly a nice thing to do to come on here and slag us off

GUZZLER
Hello to you and All,
May I introduce myself.
I am Obasa, one of the SMT Admins on the FFOC who is deeply involved in the operation and running of the club.
Having taken the opportunity and time to read your remarks and comments, may I say I am quite disappointed.
You will note that I was the first one to post a reply to your post on the ffoc forum, and I asked just a simple question. Solely because normally none of our forum users actually display personal discussions on the open forum, and this is why I mentioned the PM system.
I also noticed that you decided not to even take the time to respond, and of which I found quite strange, and I was highly disappointed, and in all honesty I found that uncalled for and rather rude given the situation.
I except that the ffoc has introduced stringent rules and code of conduct over the years, and if you were a position, such as myself and other FFOC Moderators, I suspect you would appreciate the reasons behind it.
I can also except that ALL car forum operate in different ways, such a yours, and before I registered I took time to bring myself up to speed with your own forum rules, as I believe it would be in my best interests and yours for me to abide by them, as I am sure you would agree.
It would be indecent of me to stroll in and make unnecessary comments about the manner in which the Moderators on Passion Ford operative I am sure you would find that unfair and rather rude of me.
I prefer to calm situations down rather than add more fuel to the fire, but unfortunately I was not available to do so as that thread continued - never mind.
Finally, I sincerely hope that the handling and conversations between you and our FFOC Moderators has not caused any unnecessary animosity and it can be put behind us, and perhaps re-commence communications on a better footing for all.
You are welcome across the ffoc at any time and if you or others encounter any grievances, please do not hesitate to contact me, in private if you wish.
All the best!
