I tried to get money back from a Paypal payment for goods that never arrived. Paypal basically told me to fuck off and they weren't interested in the slightest.
Same with shit-bay. Buyer won two CD's I listed, never paid, ebay still took their cut, so I filed a claim against em, to get back the listing fee's and the final value thing, ebay kept telling me to "contact the buyer to reach an amicable resolution" over and over then finally said it has been over three months so there's nothing they can do Thats me down about £7 then - and I still never got any money out the buyer...

sold stuff on ebay
got paid via paypal
sent the stuff
transfered the money over from cc to bank
never got it
phoned paypal
said there was no record of the transaction ever recorded
my computer went tits up
couldn't find out any more info
screwed for the best part of £235
send me a cheque, if it clears you can have yor stuff, otherwise cod
thing is, i can pay for stuff via paypal and there has never been a problem
perhaps the times when things go wrong are so out of proportion to things going right tat when people kick up a fuss they seem to get heard?
back to the op though, on the phone they were very good, can't fault them
sucks to not have the money though
