Default RE: saphs

... but leading on from my other thread, what do you think is better and why!

2WD saphy or 4X4?

I've been set on 2WD just as after getting use to it can have a bit of carefull fun! All I know is standard 2WD are quicker even though 4X4 has an extra 25hp? Thats due to weigth though of course!

Why 2WD or why 4x4?

Let the bitching begin ....

its not the weight... its the power loss thru the 4x4 drive train

2wd for me (i'm driving a stage 3 4x4 saph at the mo, good grip as you'd imagine but still don't like it) personal preference i guess, also the 4x4 box is wooly

I bought a 4x4 because i a shite driver and would of hurt myself in a 2wd or smashed it up.

Honest but true

4x4 i can drive flat out with confidence i could not do that in a 2wd.

Still can have loads of fun in a 4x4 though and go sideways

4wd at low power levels are a good way of making quick and safe progress

for higher power 2wd is much cheaper as standard box can handle more power than the 4wd one
