Default engine conversions

if you do a engine conversion like say a 16v zetec turbo into a fiesta rs turbo would you have to get an engineers report done??

i am trying to prove a point on another forum..

i say you dont as i never when i done my zt conversion, but i might be wrong..

whats your opinions on this????????????

you do bye law.

i work in a bodyshop, if you change the engine, colour, ect you need to have one done.
