...then if you added anti lag say 20psi at idle how much if anything would it increase 0-60?

as soon as you touch the throttle the als switches off and the idle speed returns to normal
if you want to change it to just having been timed with als then if the system is pukka there will be marginal gains, the general ( and we are talking general here) is a good als system can gain you upwards of a second a mile on a twisty rally stage

...Markk yes i forgot it switched off as soon as pedal pressed ....i can see my car will be deffo faster round the lanes though with it
I luv the car at stage 3 at the mo no wheelspin does it for me...i am only running 25psi peak and held 20psi.....so i will just add anti lag to this and not go up to greys and then sort the transmission out....once bored my other engine can go in for some real power

since when do you launch at idle?
you mean at a standstill? TBH you should be able to load up the transmission enough to have zero lag at launch anyhow.
why not come along to one of the many bruntrs thrashes that various mags to throughout the year and find out? as surely thats the only time an actual time counts, as real world racing is totally differernt.
unless you need a 0-60 for internet racing, my cars faster than yours stuff.
your car will be much faster on twisty stuff with a decent ALS setup, yup, but not important for straight line stuff really.

Do i have to explain EVERYTHING
Its an Ecos...so keeping it at 300bhp for damage limitation until i beef the transmission up...Also happened to buy it as a stage 3
We aint all in the push the car till it breaks then cry.

timed a saff 4x4 running 300bhp at croft this year with proper gps gear (not that crap light beam stuff) do it in 4.1 sec!!!
he had a paddle clutch and damaged his diff doing it! but was fastest of day (bar two skylines and an rs200)

Porkie
The thing feels like a missile off the line compared to the saff and that werent shy of power with t4 8 greens ...BUT the Saff used to feel like a missile from 3rd gear at stupid speeds
....I aim to get the same 3rd gear sensation as the Saff and a fooking fast off the line car....or i may go stupid not really sure as i constantly change my mind...at the mo with all the graphics and cage/seats belts being installed i want wild anti lag
