Default Pic request (again) - bonnet pins on ERST

Has anyone got pics pics of bonnet pins on their ERST, specifically the slam panel so I can see where they've put them?

Thanks

Yeah I was gonna get some Halfrauds pins but I've heard they're prone to rusting?

Wont rust as they are aluminium, will bend, the top ring will pull out, and the bottom slide rail will wear out causing them to rattle though.

Proper stainless ones from places like Rally Design are the ones you need.

No problem Good Luck - it can be a bit daunting drilling into your bonnet for the first time

Mine were RACE-X and whilst the threaded bits that go in the slam panel and the pins and the flat bit you rivit to hte bonnet were ally and didn't rust, the pull-rings are stell and did rust

I think when I fitted mine I jsut spaced em in-line about 1-1.5" from the rubber stops on the slam panel. I did have to cut down the ally bolts tho as they were too long and fouled on the headlight
