Try motordrive seats Phil, they will make them to your spec and shitloads of rally/race teams use them

Sparco doesn't do the EVO 2 no more.

It's now EVO, EVO L and EVO XL.
That XL version should be wide enough for you.

Mine was made specially to size by Allan at Motordrive.

I had 2 fittings to get it right.... apparently he only ever makes about 5 a year in the size he did mine, and most go to scandinavia

Cost no more than the normal seat, as he's a mate

Comfort and safety whilst driving competitivly was very high on the agenda for me. He's the only one I would recommend.

Ad - you up for NWS next year ?

PS - Im not 'big' - just broad across the shoulders, and most production seats either threw my shoulders forward or scrunched them up uncomfortably

Phil,

I have just bought 2 Sparco Evo L's........ cracking seats and are much more comfortable than say the Pro 2000's. If your a real fatty the XL's are even wider!

Btw.... i'm 6ft 6" and 17 stone and they are fine for me.

Phil try here... http://www.cobraseats.com/

Andy and I went down there yesterday afternoon, as he wanted 2 new seats. They do them in 2 widths and best of all their sale starts on Saturday, most prices I think have 30% off. Andy got 2 really nice Evolution seats. They will embroider them with what you want as well

When I looked into it, I was either gonna get made to measure Motordrive's if I was flush or Sparco Evo 3/XL which where a bit cheaper

Or you can loose some weight, not only will you not need a special bucket seat, but you would also go faster

Kidding chap, tbh, never seen any about!
