Default subs and amps peak and rms etc..

i want to run 2 alpine 12"subs peak power 800w and rms 250 each,,no.1 do i get a mono amp?no.2 do i get a 2 channel amp and wire each sub to its own channel or get 1 channel amp and link the subs together no.3 what power amp do i look to get???any help greatfully appreciated thanks in advance

when looking for a amp you should look at your rms figures and pick the amp from that for the best quality results. if i was u id look for a rockford fosgate u can pick a 500w amp pretty cheap like that otherwise a audiobahn or jl audio thatll give u a nice setup. run each sub through its only channel

forgot say u want a 2 channel+ also think for the future if u want some 6x9s or something and maybe get a higher powered 4 channel to run ur speakers or components to
