GRS guarantee?

GRS guarantee?
anyone know what GRS's policy is on guarantee/warranty?
I've got a fairly new 'ish alloy rad (about a year old) but got no receipt and it seems to have sprung a leak.
Down the left hand seam somewhere, just a very fine mist gets out when hot.
Obviously a dodgy seam somewhere opening under pressure so I would suggest its a split weld or something - car has never over-heated or anything so not my fault!!
What's their policy you reckon? Will speak to em Monday I guess - pain in the ass takin that out in this weather tho

Hi,
Thank you guys for your total support toward me and my products.
However Oranoco does have a point. All the cores I buy whether they're intercooler or radiator cores come with a 12 month warrantee from the date of the invoice. I'll guarantee my workmanship for life if the intercooler/radiator has been fitted correctly. I'm here to help anyone that has bought my products, but my decision is final – I think that’s fair
Ballin, If the core isn't damaged in anyway i.e. chaffing or damaged tubes, but has a genuine leak from one of the water tubes to the end tank, then this is a fault of the core manufacture and not mine, so I see no reason why I can't sort something out, but I do need to see the radiator first before any decision can be made.
If you have a chance give me a ring tonight or tomorrow morning, I’m Ice Karting tomorrow afternoon, so I won’t be home.
