intercooler advise........
For the Track Sl*g R5
Ive got 2 series 1 coolers welded together and also a uno cooler which is larger than std 5 unit
Anyone any idea what the twin s1 cooler can run boost wise ? IIRC single std is 14psi b4 its struggles and which should i use,is there any way to work out basic effiency ie suface area?

IMO fuck it off and fit a single standard cossie intercooler in a front mount position instead. More effective and less grief to fit.
You can infact (with good results as ive done it twice on mates cars) fit a std cossie cooler to simply replace the std intercooler and the std main boost pipe, so it just sits along the front of the engine bay.
Sits v.close to the bonnet (and dented a mates in the end
) but is v.effective

may just fit a act gauge and pick best just twin s1 cooler will fit mint in front bumper and uno cooler fits in place of original but bigger, the twin s1 cooler cant be much smaller than cos 1 either
You reckon you can fit the S1 in the front bumper? Cool, i thought you was gonna bodge it in in standard location!
As a front mount i think itd work well, car better than it does in the std RST location.
