Well, ive done something i said id never do..
Bought a NEW house 
Im a builder, build new ones all the year round, could build my own but ive bought one some other fookers built
said id never buy one for that reason, but its just so hard finding the right one, and land is just scarce or rediculous money.! New house is so simple to buy. Simply move in, ALL carpeted etc...FOOK IT!
Put a reserve on the best plot today

where you moved to?Other house we had planned to buy, AND spent money on getting the searches and bloody survey done on fell thru putting us out of pocket because the tossers who bought ours pulled out near complettion
