would be good to see colin have a whole winter testing with skoda and then doing a full season.hopefully if they get realibilty sorted he can have another go at the championship.hes by far the best driver out there

 

Glad Colin's come back to Rallying really, and top flight stuff too! Hope he does the business again, shame about Richard Burns!

 

Skoda is much slower then others and he did incredibely weel this weekend but I don't think he is even close to Loeb now. Nobody is, only on gravel Marcus may be close if he will have good car at last, on tarmac it would take somebody like Pannizi in his good days to chase Loeb :-(

 

true mate but if they just got consistent results im sure he could be there or thereabouts.
im sure colin helping with r&d work over the winter might help make it a little quicker aswell.

 

Skoda turns all right, apart from active differentail electronics being slightly underdevelopped it seams to turn just fine it' s just very slow in the straight line :-( That's were it looses so much. On tarmac in Germany I think it turned as well as Citoroen at least but didn't have power to go fast :-( And gearbox seams pretty shit - fails all the time.


Experienced driver like Colin can help the team though. I think if VW considered proper funding for Skoda he may pull the trick.

have itv got it next year? because if 1 hour ,minus add breaks ,and repeating themselves,leaves very little coverage of a 3 day event.has to be one of the biggest sports ,with the poorest tv coverage.
