Default Central Locking

Ok dam central locking playing up now, if i try and lock the drivers side door it locks and unlocks straight away asif the other door was open, but if i lock it from the passenger door it locks fine, any ideas before i rip the doors apart.

Also electric windows been playing up in the same door goes down fine but doesn't go up very well unless u keep on pushing up and letting go of the switch and pushing up again and eventurly it'll go up, get worse aswell the lower the window is down.

Any ideas Cheer Baz

witch side do u recon, it sounds like the passenger door side isn't telling the drivers side it shut is there a switch or a lever to a switch that might have come lose on the passneger door, and the switch is only being activated using the key in the passenger door but saying that it locks if u push the lever on the passenger door, so i don't have a clue actually .

Think i found the problem the passenger side solenoid was really weak and sloppy so i took it apart and the motor had got water in it and basically got fooked, but was still signalling fine to the other side telling it too lock, but obviously not moving when the driver side solenoid was telling it too move

Right got any ideas on the price of a Near side solenoid unit, going to be expensive since ford electrics are, if its too much i'll just pop along to the scrappy.
