Yes, good gearbox and system works well now they have sorted the software. You can vary the speed of the shift, with 6 different settings. Its a better system to use in practice than Ferrari F1 system which is nasty in traffic and eats clutches and is jerky to drive I found. Drove a Vanquish and a DB9 Volante and was impressed with the boxes on those as well.

 

Yup, driven one a few times and the speed it changes gear is stupidly quick. Almost as if it just keeps on revving!!!

 

is that that the standard box? there seems to be other options like smg box etc........

nah the one ive driven was an SMG2 box. I had an earlier E36 M3 Evo with the SMG 1 box and it was wank!! The SMG2 is soooo much better!
