Right heres the story...
I have an escort cosworth running a graham goode 305 conversion. The car unfortunately for some reason was rolling roaded at 240bhp recently. Tonight I raced an Evo6 with at least an exhaust system, and I just drove past him, and yes he was going cos he lauched hard off the line and i caught and passed him....
IM CONFUSED!!!
If my car is only 240bhp how the hell can I pull away from an evo6?
the rolling road was accurate, to within 1% so its not that.

The car needs setting up, as it SHOULD be 270bhp with the 305 GGR conversion (engine dyno tested).
How do you know the Evo driver didn't gun it away from the lights and then lift? There is no way that a chipped YBP Cosworth will live with even a standard Evo (unless it was the el cheapo 260bhp "poverty" model
)?

I know someone who spent a fortune on a GGR light greens 305 conversion and got similar power, then binned it all, went back to yellows with a decent stg1 chip and got more bhp
So theres your answer, GGR
