Stu,
That will depend on the map values written into the software for the injectors. You can see that they are pretty much maxed out. Being an eight injector set up, mine shows the same (although I can't remember if it is 95%), but then when the other injectors come in, the screen splits into two figures as it halfs the duty between each bank.
My 803s on the 385bhp four injector engine showed the same (L8) :
Obviously if you changed the injector duty values in the map, it should reduce the duty cycle figure on the monitor.

IIRC mine shows 0% ignition on, engine not running.
At idle it reads 50% (it deffo not using 50% duty cycle at idle, lol) which then changes once the throttle is open above a certain amount.

The manual above lists 9 pins, I have 13 ...

Gareth T might know also....
Looks like what Pectel call an Autosport connector - is there a part no. on it? If so, try here http://www.deutschltd.com

The plugs shown above are Amp CPC range 16 way
The part no for the plug which accepts socket terminals is RS part no. 372-282
Sockets are part no. 372-428
Back shell for the plug is 411-422
just check before ordering...

and a jobber to hold it, can't remember the name. has a tapered thread on one end, and the other has a hole through it for the TC and an olive that goes around it that seals it when you tighten the cap. get it in stainless

thermocouple wire from the sensor too the monitor will need to be extended,,, you cannot do this with a normal piece of wire,,, you need a thermouple extension lead plug/socket
the reason normal wire cannot be used is becuase the way a thermocouple works is a reaction of dissimuler metals, so if you mix metals more reactions will be taking place!
i think im going too get blocked for spamming

We use those glands and connectors but we have found the best probe to use is the farnel part no. 707-8195
You can mount it off a bracket on the side of the head then have enough probes to reach the housing...

I have borrowed Daves link lead (between ECU and Monitor) made by Pectel..
What is this phono type plug on the lead for?
Also, Sibster, or anyone else, can you identify this plug on RS electronics or anything please??
I managed to get it up and running, I'm running version 6.25e, the chip inside comes up with D. Ketcher Engineering...
and the peak on/off option doesnt appear to do anything
RYAN,any news on those manuals??
