tonites pf meet
after the making the choice of weather to hold the meet or not, we finally decided to go for it and it was a suprisingly large turnout considering how bad the weather was, we were blessed witha rather long rain storm at one point which saw everyone dash to the safety of there cars, but after a while we ventured out again, well done to all those that braved the elements, the only good thing about the rain was it allowed for some proper sideways action.....which of course is totally unacceptable

I was just coming back from the Cinema and it made the Radio!!!! some bird who works down the Seafront was chatting to the DJ and she said she was still down there looking after the cruisers. The DJ asked if that was normally only a weekend thing but she said that every first wednesday is 'Ford night' and that people have come as far as Brighton. Apparently still busy down there

windscreen stayed relatively mist free on the way back... that wiper trick works greg
had a nice drive back, found it impossible to get traction when pulling away, cornering etc but then i spose that is the reason i bought the car in the 1st place :P
glad the carpark oposite maccyDs was open too n ginge i did notice you back you car away as i spun it facing you dont you trust me or summink :P
didnt do too badly against a stg1 RST either

ha ha yeah i am still drying out lol, got soaked standing outside the burger bar, fooking didn't drive home i aquaplained most of the way 
lol had to leave early cause the 2 lasses i was with where a bit bored, entertained myself on the way home with some 4 wheel drift/sideways action 
although i did come across a little red mk4 escort xr3i i think, that tried giving me some grief on the way up to the M25 fair play to him whoever he was 
Will have to overcome my shyness next time and actually try and talk to some of you!!!

Less was yopu parked next to or near a red 3 door sierra that needed bump starting, cause if you were that was me in the smokestone saph next to it??? sorry if it was like i said gotta overcome me shyness lol

Fookin not long been back! 40mph most of the journey back towards cambridge! A14 was like a fooking lake! just spent the last 30 mins shammy'in the rs down, couldn't leave it in that state oh my god!
Fook knows why I came, In a way was silly, but hey, had to show the dedication I suppose, as ppl said wern't a bad turnout! just glad I made it home in one peice! had a few close calls with a few fooking lakes on the road JESUS!

Think the idea is ot shame me to get off my ass and shame inot stop finding excuses and getting my arse out of my rppm feeling shit and do something.
Just had a lot go wrong with personal shit (not after sympathy) and few issues to knock my confidnce not had the buzz to do drive again.
But going to Pf meets and doing the Essex shoe as made me buck up my ideas

the guy with orion was just hitting the rev limiter ( total cut ) me fooking heated front screen decided to pack up on the way home
excellent turn out though shame i still couldn't get traction in third though when it comes on boost . who needs to dump the clutch!!

I was gonna come on here last night, however I was way too busy drying myself and ringing out my clothes
Well impressed with the amount of cars and peeps that turned up, as Cossienuts said we did sit there on the phone saying

Think my car is gunna take about a week to dry out, must have seen about as much rain last night as it has seen all it's life, lol

We left at 4pm, we were gonna play some crazy golf, play in the arcades then have a Wimpy then join everyone along the front.
Well we got as far as Chelmsford and got fed up of doing 50mph down the A12 and seeing foooook all, so we turned back!
Still there will be many more, each one bigger and better!
