Hi i was just wondering if there was any way of getting files (pictures in this case) back if they have been deleted from the recycle bin?

Sorry some Data Recoverie Companys will be able to get it back at the worse senario....or i'm sure u can get some software yourself to retrieve it

Oh and i'm not following u around the threads today

unless u pay a company loads of cash...about Ł100 to recover it from your hard drive using expensive software they have...

there are free tools out there which will allow you to do this.

Not used this myself, but it seems to fit the bill:

BUT... you should not use the computer at all really. Should not copy anything to the drive that your trying to recover data from. Or you will serious lessen the chances of being able to recover it.
When u delete something, it is not really deleted. Just marked as available space. But if you continue using the computer / saving stuff. Then it really will be overwritten.
