Default sunroof leak

sunroof leaking what can i do to check it? ive poped a coatwire hanger down the drainge pipes but no difference seems free what else can i check? its on a rst s2 nitemare its so damp and smelling ive hovered most of the water out with a bizzle roung 2 litres worth what a nitemare
also itas cummin in tho the sunroof and builing up in the sunroof gutter and sum how cummin tho the roof

Sunroofs argh! nightmare mate,can u not try and flush them out with a hose? I've just silconed mine up neatly for now on my 106 gti (common Problem on them) have u checked the drain holes near the bodykit are they clean etc?

Common for the roof's to rot on these which causes problems

I agree with Adam,

When mine SERIOUSLY leaked ie go round a bend and the passenger gets soaked.... the roof skin had a hole in it near the corner of the sunroof... BAH...

The drain tubes getting blocked are a very common problem but they are very long and a coathanger probably won't go all the way through.

jam a presure washer over the hole and get some pressure down there, might work
