They gotta prove Jim was about to undertake, besides as you say the outside lane is for overtaking, which Jim didnt want to do so he moved to the middle lane, doesnt have to say anything about undertaking..

All im saying is if Jim has Legal cover, it aint gonna cost him anything to try...

gutted for you jim
but if you want a door i've got a few floating about the place
come and collect

they won't do anything about it even if you do have legal cover, 50-50 is always that way, the legal cover is for when you get injured or have a uninsured driver or the like

what has the lorry driver said jim? if he's reported it then come renewal time you might as well have got it done because it will show up if he's got to file a form off to some place, but if it's just pumped up against his sides and he's shrugged it off as "one of those things" then your way is probably the best

No \Legal cover is there to fight your case if the third party denies liability...

i appologised to the lorry driver, he just shrugged it off as one of those things (zero damage to the lorry) and im gonna call the haulage firm tomorrow to see if they want to do anything on insurance etc. but he said its likely they wont bother (no damage to their lorry, they wont care)

oh and we dont know the results of the grudgematch, becasue PF's timing gear played up, so we borrowed Track & Race Car's gear which requires the times to be downloaded later.

Sounds like one of those things to put down to experience. What wanky timing though

Mike G had an arguement with a lorry as well and he wasn't as lucky as you. And I nearly collected the back of a lorry whilst travelling at 3 figures. Fooker just pulled into the 3rd lane of the motorway I proper shit my pants I can tell ya

i know its true, but ive never understood that!? same with admitting liability.

surely with no video or audio evidence whatever you say to the other driver is unimportant as theres no proof??

otherwise every altercation you'd just tell your insurance company the other guy said "oh im really sorry mate that was my fault entirely"
would you not??? surely thats not admittable evidence?
