Standard mate or BD10s (or just the BD10 inlet)

Personally I loved my pair of BD10s

mine was a bit crap off boost in all honesty but when on boost was strong and consistant all the way up, the car held 26.5psi all the way to 7k

so thats why there going back in, also MAX on here has got a engine thats a t3 with bd10's and thats just as nice to be in, feels nicer than his old standard engine too tbh

but alot of people claim they loose mid range torque so hence why im noti saying there the best

but im sticking with what i know

Nothing you mean?

Regarding the question, I had BD10s in mine with 30psi on T34 n greys, but wasnt my choice back then, i just let em get on with it.

IMO cams arnt important on most turbo cars till you get to big power, and on a cossie i mean 400+
Money better spent elsewhere, or saved.

steve thats what i got told too, but what i have noticed is th bd10's seem to allow it to hold boost nice and strong

and i may not know anything but i bet my cossie is on the road before your skyline

Dan,

I fitted a pair of BD10's to my old engine, didn't affect the midrange at all, pulled all the way to the limiter. Made max brake @ 6950rpm. Transformed the power characteristics of the engine completely.
