Default What's your daily routine?

Just thought it would be interesting to see what other people get up to. My week, monday to friday is:

Get up at about midday, grab some lunch (breakfast) and a cuppa, come on the internet, make a half assed job of ebaying some shit , watch sky tv for a bit, get up and go on a spontanious trip to nowhere, usually to pick parts up that i forgot i even gave away to get painted/blasted/rebuilt etc etc lol

Then i'll grab something to eat (this is about 5pm) have a frantic 10 minutes to get everything ready before the post goes out, jump in car to post shit, on way back from post office, i stop at my mates house, Chris, to wind him up about his focus being slow, speak to him about the same stuff we always talk about Which is cool, cos we know what we are both on about

Then i might possibley go down the road to our quiet spot for a smoke have a giggle about boy racers in chavved up cars thta pass us, then i drop him home, i then go home, got munchies now, so make some grub again, come upstairs, check on internet to see if any negative feedback left for me check passionford for a giggle, then kick back and watch some TV, then i go out for another smoke for the joint i rolled on the sly without my mum seeing, then come back in, upstairs, boot laptop up and play a whole folder of tunes (think radiohead, gorillaz, jay-z, dizzy trance etc etc) whilst watching TV

Then if i don't fall asleep i just stay on the net till early hours

Sunday's are the same, but me and chris go down the cruise and have a smoke instead

So what do you lot all get up to? Would be interesting to see everyone's routine

But we invested it into houses in france, sold the first lot for double what we paid (100% profit) same with the second 2, doubled again.

We also do antiques on the side, and bootsales, a boot sale is good for £600 a week (saturday and sunday) and if we do a wednesday one, add another £200. We got so much stock bought from reposetion auctions to last us a lifetime, it fills 3 garages, a van and a shed! £800 worth of stuff a week that we sell, doesn't even make a dent in the stock.

Also, we are very good at budgeting and accounts (thats more my mums thing to do) but she doesn't miss a trick YOu lot would actually be surprised if you scrutenized your bills and payments for errors, you would all be better off by £100 a month i tell ya.

So saying that i don't work is not true, I just don't have to work very 'hard' to earn in a week what a lot of people would earn in a month.

Then when one of our houses sells for, on average an 80% profit, we don't spunk it all, it goes in to other properties to build capital.

Yes, drive an astra with a nice bit of power in it and £5 spent. Like i say, just cos you got money don't mean to say you got taste

I choose the astra because i think every other car on the market now is shite, i like my old school curves, power, and presence on the road, i also like winding people up when i beat them in their brand new type r. Oh, and the one thing you never get on a new motor, and thats the smell of petrol in the cabin

P.s I lived on my own for three years, i'm only back to clear the mortgage till the house is paid for.

We don't rent any of the places. Because mum is french, she gets the best deal by going through the mayor of the village as opposed to the owner. That way we get the best price (usually €15-25k)

Then sellit for double as it is, no refurbishing, no restoration, nothing appart from us having all the 300 year old french furniture which has been in the derelict house for ages. Thats a bonus though if it has furniture in it, 90% of the time there is

We don't want to be on the british property ladder, its shit so we got nowt over here except this one with a mortgage.

Yes well, all that cheese and cannabis isn't good for the mind, can make you make silly decisions like buying Dry clean only rain coats or sun tan oil in the middle of winter

We don't deal with the properties every day lol We contract people in france to do the searching for buyers. Only rarely, once every 2 months we get a call to say the house has had an offer on it, and they sell it for us for a small comission.

And i don't do the carboots often, not recently, because its been light stuff, mum done the booty on her own.

Which leaves me free to do what i want Obviously things differ slightly every day, but that is generally what my day is about without the boring bits

But i'm not, i got no qualifications, no GCSE's, just got my head screwed on right.

Don't get me wrong, we do still have money problems, we could have a really good 6 months, and then the next month we are scraping by because all the money is tied up in houses.

So it has its ups and downs
