How hard to change one? a guy at work got told by a garage it would take 3-4 hours! cos it's hard to get to! is this correct?

just done this on my Clio 16v, not a pleasant job, worse on mine as there is less room in the bay to get youre hands in to route the cable
best off taking off the panel under the steering wheel to allow you access to the clutch ratchet mechanism, can see what youre doing that way, rather than lie upside down in the car
