Anti lag ?
I know im going to sound really stupid but would my stage 2 t34 be ok to run antilag, also what exactly is it and where can i get it from ? I think it sounds uber cool plus i wanna be able to scare chives in saxos at the flick of a switch

A mild fprm of anti lag I hear is ok but full blown daddy ALS and you need a Maram shafted Turbo for longer life and decent cooling system (air and water). Not sure on parts needed, ODDKID CREATIONS do it for Escort RSs and Mike Rainbird has it on his late reg ESCOS.
I would like to no what else other than turbo, Throttle body and ISCV modded, I need to make it run??

well it aint got any function to run anti lag
IF you want it that bad then when you see daveescos in his favorite pattern jumper
then turn off the ignition when reving the car and turn it back on again
thats the nova antilag
have fun, next stage is slogans at the bottom of numberplates and neons

Ahhh so it is mega money then 
I do want to make the switch over to efi eventually just to get more chatter so it may be an option in the future

my mates mk2 astra got into the back of max pooer a few yrs back using that 'technique'
i tried it with my moms old h reg 2.0 626, blew the exhaust after the first bang! sounded like a v12 after
i wouldnt have thought itd work on a rs turbo, + your not supposed to turn the engine off mid-rev on a turbo car

Think P8 ECU is needed and the parts above plus mapping/set up and maybe more plumbing for severe ALS. check on here

If you have the ECU to be able to run ALS the cost for the TB and ISCV mod is less than £150
