How much for a nice S1 RST ?

how much you reckon mine would be worth? (not selling it so not a for sale add, but often wondered?)
its a 86 C custom, full respray 2 years ago, sat in a garage for a year of that without being moved.
interior is very good, only some trim bits could do with being changed if your picky! no wear on seats and no saggy bolsters. slightly cracked dash, 2 2cm cracks on driver side.
1yrs mot with EVERY mot to back the mileage of 92,450K miles
standard set up, but turbosystems chip, -31, turbo has done around 1000miles If that but oil seals may be seized as it lay off the car for a year with no oil in it, but they may not be seized now
exterior is really clean, apart from one or 2 rust spots starting to come through, bottom of windscreen either side, slightly on rear valance and on the gutter at the B pillar on either side, but very little.
undrneath is SOLID, been welded in 3 seperate places, both rear chassis legs, 1" square patches, hardly anything, and front pass side inner wing next to battery tray on the wheelarch side.
engine is perfect, stalls when oil cap removed, doesnt smoke, and runs/drives as a std rs turbo would.

Y piece for coolant
wheel bearings one yet to be fitted (dont need it tho)

weather strips @ bottom of window
timming belt 92,000ish
water pump. probably more too.
err cnat think of ought else
I thought around £3300? or is this too high?
