Are you sure a 40 quid cage from a banger racer (which ain't usually the straightest of cars) is going to fit in your nice gleaming car?
I would fit it first and see what need bashing before you get it painted

Good job you ain't competing the car and its just for show as I wouldn't put my faith in a 40 quid cage from a banger racer

Satin black every time, if you do fit it tho

The banger it came out was use more for stock car type racing tbh as yhe motor was'nt in to bad shape it was just more rust ect

It only cost £40 as the bloke now Race Mini's @ Standlake and (Also builds his own cages for them so it was'nt any good to him and he said "you remove it from the car and its yours for £40"

No i think it will go Stain Black

ballin Dont be silly m8 It was but its never been on the road for more then 3 months So i disided to go out a buy a Discovery And i also have my Pug306 S16 So atm im not fussed its going to be my TOY And i've always wanted a cage

Paddy have you told you insurnce about you cage in your s2 ???
Nath it will give my littlen some thing to play on then
Ran You hit the Nail on the head there m8 Ps i tried calling you last night to say McDs was shout off due to a Lorry Fire out side the place 2 Fire engines there aswell so that was my dinner f*%ked up as i could'nt get in there

I happen to agree with the insurance companies.
In 9 out of 10 accidents, a roll cage only seves to damage the occupants in a ROAD crash.

Why?
What would you rather bang your head on? A padded dash? airbag? Steel rollcage?

Track car occupants ALWAYS wear safety helmets remember

I've got the padding. My cage isn't there to look pretty, it's there to do a job and I don't fancy smacking my head on the metal in the unfortunate event of an accident.

Having said that I still painted it white to go with my stickers
