As for the cage im not sure it came out of a saph shell as i removed it

No worries,
Just the main vertical of the hoop normally runs down the B pillar where the seat belt is to allow rear passenger access, and as yours runs down through the rear aperture it looks like a 3 door cage as the doors are that much longer on a 3 door shell.
Still if you are tracking the car any protection is better than none, not to mention the extra torsional strength a cage will afford the old jelly mould shell.
Should look the nuts in Satin or Matt Black

I was'nt going to track it but as it came up and i am now very temped as i have'nt used the cos for a little while now and the track will be the best place to enjoy it untill my engine says its had enthough
