Whats the point of goin too big...optimum ACT is 40c...surely you can go too OTT

Phil,
Perhaps on a road car your comments would be valid, but on track when almost 100% of throttle time is spent with it either fully on or fully off, then you can never have too big

that intercooler wouldn't survive a 10mph parking bump. my, cough, i mean a tow bar would go right through it.
if that's what it takes to get performance though, you have to make compromises don't you?
