how do you transfer mp3 from your pc to phone via a usb data cable?

 

You probably need the PC Software for the Drivers. Once they are installed, the PC should 'see' the phone once you plug it in, then you should be able to simply drag and drop the files in.

i`v installed the disc and driver but still not transfer?phone is motorola black v3 razor

Was just going to do a test for you, but the missus has nipped out (and has her V3 with her). Will see if I can do it when she comes back.
