Got auto car this morning and its got some shat about the NEW focus RS. 300bhp, 4wd 0-60 sub 5 seconds but they recon it will cost 28k.Does look quite fat but nearly 30k for a focus

What u think if anyone else seen it....??

it still needs wide arches like the esc cos to look any good, and not look like a mundano from the front....

 

still strange they got pics of the new focus RS when no one really knows what the new standard focus will look like....

 

They have had some shots in the same magazine a few weeks before actually Pet. I will see if I can find them.

haven't seen it, but the price is good for the performance. and at the end of the day, that's what matters most to me.

yes, it's impreza or evo money, but it's same performance and can't look any worse, can it? and it's our favourite blue oval. they need cars like this to bring back the glory days of the 70's when Ford ruled the british market.

 

Bout time Ford produced somthing to wipe the smile off the Jap crap drivers. Not that our Cossies don't do that anyway but it's nice to have new toys. If the figures are right this will take the battle to the door of the Spec C Imprezza and with any luck will kick its teeth in

If I had to choose one mag forever it would probably be Autocar as they do cover everything. But EVO is actually my favourite

Yeah evo is probably the best decent reviews and not some half heart essay full up with crap u dont need to read

£28k would see it fit in against the evo and higher spec scoobs, also a tad more than an rx8 £23k so it does indeed look like its gotta be in the same price bracket, i remember reading that the orgiinal focus rs was gonna be £23k but that went onsale at £19k.
