I have a flat that is worth about £120,000 and it's mortgage free. I am currently letting this out for £600 per month.

I wanted to find out a bit more about how to get more flats to let out. I went and saw a couple of high street building societies but they didn't seem to want to know. I thought if I effectively have £120,000 i should be able to get a 'few' flats with their own buy to let mortgages and let em all out. i.e £40,000 deposit on each and the rest on buy to let mortgage

Does anybody know how i could do this?? Or best places to go to get a good deal??

Speak to any decent IFA, its not really the sort of thing the higstreet tends to be very interested in though, they are more geared towards "normal" mortgages.
