Wouldn't it go down as Causing death by dangerous driving as oposed to Manslaughter?

Would think the court would deal with the no insurance as a seperate charge. The motoring offences would be dealt with in Magistrates court and the Death by dangerous driving I beleive would be crown court.

Not sure of the laws in the Uk but here in the states it would be consider involuntary manslaughter on the criminal end and whatever vehicle traffic laws apply for not having insurance or tax.

Hope it's not you...
