Im looking at having a bonnet intake made to me exact specifications in either plastic or sheet aluminium.
The sheet aluminium would be a flat sheet with two right angled folds on the end which i could do myself, but the difficult part would be the edging as what i would like is a small lipped edge all the way around the top so i can cut the hole, drop it in and it would sit in the hole on the lip.
Same design in plastic or sheet metal, but so far im not having much luck finding anyone who could make such a thing.
Any idea's or suggestions???

A nice bloke off e-bay (Dave) has done quite a bit of work for me,
ford racing billet alloy badges, v.i.n plates/tags, and has machined caps and covers for me, including a peice of metal with the turbo logo cut out of it, he might be your man
