This event is always a great night. 1000's of people turn up each month.

I will be avoiding this meet like the plague. Too full of talentless knobs trying to show off their driving prowess. Everytime this meet happens there is a tale of woe to accompany it. Whether it be somebody crashing or cars being broken into.
What used to be a very good night has just gone down the pan imho

This one is a really straight original van, done 58,000 miles, in green, with a rear window and seat conversion which was a tax dodge in the 60's.
It was too nice to put a Zetec/ST170 motor in it, so I fitted a 1960's Shorrock Supercharger to it......
7psi of boost gave a 40% power increase
One night I'll get it in the carpark and you can have a look.

Had a great night, was good to meet a few people off this forum and others
Who ever didnt go that was thinking about it, you missed a top night
As for people being worried about other peoples driving and nowhere to park etc.. All you need to do is get there early. This way you will be able to park in Ace Cafe's carpark and you wont need to worry about any damage etc..
Soon Ace Cafe will have a invite only carpark so you will need to get your name on a list, then you can arrive anytime as long as you have booked.
Regards
Jano

I was in the car park mate.
Got there early and found a great spot, didnt move all night until we left at about 10:30.
Was a great atmosphere there tonight, friendly peeps, and loads wicked motors to look around. Nothing very different but well built and looked after cars for deffo! Big respect to the owners of:-
The Mk2 Xpack RS2000
Mk1 Capri
The Mk1 Van
Loving the above

And you have to wonder what is going on in the world because this little Charva had the back wheels locked up with the handbrake and was spinning the car round in the road, throwing all over the place and was followed up the road by a cop car............ who did nothing.... wankas
Jano... did I overhear you telling someone your S1 was fitted with a Group N turbo ?
