Default FSE-any good?

Need a new fuel pressure regulator for me 2wd saff.

I got thinkin about buying an FSE power boost valve instead (same thing really)

Is it any better than a std Fuel pressure reg?
Is it worthwhile buying one instead of a new FPR?

Where is the cheapest to get an FPR (PJ/Amber/Jondel etc etc)
