Default Spark plug problem (pics)....ZETEC experts??

My Mondeo plugs.........(2 litre Zetec engine).........

Any idea what would cause the spark plug ceramics to crack like this?

heat and over tighteneing?

ive snapped a few zetec plugs trying to remove them before...

OK, fair enough, but the plug spanner never touches the ceramic so can over tightening really be the cause?

dunno, but it depends if you undo/do em up on the piss lol

were they the right grade?
