S2 RST - Deflex Gearbox Mounts
Anyone else got any opinions/experiance of these??
I fitted them to my car yesterday as I felt the standard ones were due for a change.
Anyway now the car is like a rally car!! haha
It shakes and shudders to every movement of the engine/box.
The gearbox whines in 1st/2nd/3rd/4th.
I was expecting a bit more noise/vibration but it is massively different!!
Anyone else had this?

When i had my fiesta turbo i went and bought some of the uprated mounts, i think mine were vibrotechnics, i also couldn't believe how much vibration carried through the car..!!,
They do get better as they wear though .....(or maybe i got used to it ?)

john, when Mty vibratechincs ones were fitted, I just noticed it felt much better
didn't do any of te above though
I also bought a new std Ford Engine mount at Gary's advice - drives lovely
