how do you work out L5 TUY reg on a s1(scraching my head)

 

It's a lad from Scotland: asked him the same question & he never answered me, but that's deffo the reg

 

Ok..here's the pic: BUT think I've worked it out now. When I originally asked him about it, he said it was his private plate: I now think he took it off his other car & added it to the S1 for the show so peole knew who's car it was..and it's NOT its normal plate.

So: need to get the real plate number now
Then I'll update the database..but leave it at L5TUY for now so it doesn't get lost.

Loads added recently. There's over 500 in there now.

Question tho: As you can see, there's some 'borrowed' from other sites that have their logo on the bottom. not a problem. I also have 1/2 dozen from the 'official events photographers' that just have a big "C" copyright across them. I've emailed them about a month ago and asked if I could use them on the site, but they haven't answered.

Now: do I add them anyway, and if so, can they do me for it over the copyright ?? (Could always add their web address on the bottom if need be)

No mate. Don't worry, It's ready to go on. I wait til I have a few sorted and sized, then add them together and update the 'list' databases I have created on here (the pic database thread) and my computer database (back-up list).

That way I don't forget to update one of them and get lost in what's happening with them. It will go on mate, but don't wanna add pics and not update the threads or my database and end up missing one out and ruining it / spend ages re-checking what's on and what's not.

Great database mate, i just had a quick look. I noticed a mistake with one of the car registrations though. You have one listed as B88 VGT....this car was owned by one of my mates a few years ago. The reg is B88 VOT but it does look like VGT in the pic.

He took that pic after national day at donnington 03 ( i think) Nice car and very low!

He also had a 'c' reg series one before. i cant remember the correct registration but i will ask him if he has any pics of it and get him to let you know.

Hi mate, B88 VOT was mine. The pic was actually taken after DTM Touring cars at Donington in early 2002 I think. My other one was C313 XDH, the only pictures of it are polaroids so I'll see if I can find and scan them.

 

Looks good on the dark rims Ben. Sits really low as well
