how much shit comes off an engine when you de-grease it

got mine in bits in the garage and de-greased it and so much shit has come off, i can now see parts that i never knew existed

in hindsight, i should of done this when i got the car, but nevermind - its all clean now, tomorrow it goes back together and will probably never run right again

replacing the cams dave - thought i'd do the cambelt at the same time too (only been on 10k, but its been slackened twice) and the tensioner, also change the coolant and flush it out - then i got a bit bored so got the de-greaser out and started brushing it about and the front of the engine, and the rest of the block/head, cross member, engine mounting arms, steering rack, radiator, intercooler etc etc have all come up lovely
