on the twin fan set up what do u use to control the fans the cars own thermo fan switch or a seperate in car switch

mine just work off the thermo switch and never hits over half on the gauge

I would get a manual override switch rigged up too, well handy

How about if you fit a manual over ride.
So if you are going to sit in traffic you flick a switch and the fans come on, or if you leave the override off when the water temps get to the desired level the fans will kick in as normal

IMO that is the best way, save the temps getting high when they dont need to, and still works how it should as std.

Not really, well like Bodge say's his works fine on the normal switch, fair enough, but imo I would like to have an overide anyway.
