As ive allready stated, the topic was deleted before i got to read it so i cannot accurately comment, but if it was full of arguing, then yes, it should have been moved, but im led to believe it actually WASNT. As well as this, Neil @ carwise could have asked me or any member of my webteam to remove it or relocate it at anytime, he did not. So tell me, what have we done wrong other than allow freedom of speech to a valued member? I would like an answer to that please.

External links to popular topics gains us more members and bandwidth and thus all the advertisers also gain business. I fail to see how it can affect me or my stature personally in any way whatsoever. PassionFord is a website that allows an unusually high freedom of speech, nothing more nothing less.

It seems since this topics appearance that Cam has been contacted directly by Neil with a view to meet and bring an end to all this. Cam is the only one who can comment on wether the topic itself helped him or hindered him. End of story really.

The guy posts saying how awful the website is, and you agree with him.

When I question the fact that he doesn't appear to be much of a contributor, he replies that he doesn't really care about posting on here - can you not see the irony?

Further to that, several people have claimed bias on behalf of the mods, I've asked for an example, and am still waiting.

Couple by MSD
One by MAD
One BY AVA
A couple of their cars is not set up by any tuner

If I was a mod, I'd find that quite insulting. Despite their tuner alleigances, nearly all the mods do an excellent job of remaining impartial.

Absolutely right, Stu ...

Although a delicate subject was aired in public .. It provided a space for everyone to have their say. Only threatening and suggestive remarks regarding retalliation would necessitate the thread's removal ... or removal of the offending items.

Whether any party was "getting shafted" or not .. Both of them actively involved themselves from the start. So I can't see a great deal unfair there.
Personally, I would look for a way to draw a line under all this, and ask the parties to keep us informed.

I agree, if thats what it contained then its dummy room material and should have been put there. Had it still existed i WOULD PERSONALLY have put it there. However, the webteam, like myself all have jobs as well, none of them are paid to look after this internet website and do it in whatever free time they have available to them. Believe it or not, we wouldnt all click on a topic called "FAO Carwise" although i believe its name was also later changed?

Anyway.... enough. Lets just agree to disagree if thats what we need to do.

Where on earth did I say the site was awful ?, the reason I visted it so much is because its genuinely very good!

As I have seen a lot of on PF you basically think my opinion is not important because I am more of a viewer than a poster.

There is bias on here, I have tried to search for some without success as the serach facility does not seem to go back very far.

I bet if "Itsmeagain" has posted an opinion you would not have replied with that comment, the problem here is my low post count and how important you think you are. Viewers may not seem very important to you but this site I imagine has many and needs them in order to honour its trade advertisers.

As I said the search falicity don't go back that far!

here is an example of people who post a lot ruining a thread from someone who dont post much,
comments from tf ralleysport
and reaction from mod,
NOTE BOTH are mods
what would happen if i jumped on one of his threads and said that to him ,deleted or banned,and i sent a pm about it and got a reply back asking ME to drop the attitude when NONE was sent to the person i pm'd i just called a mod on here a twat a few times
