Question about bluetooth

What exactly do i need to buy so i can transfer stuff from mobile to pc and vice versa via bluetooth? and is there anywhere on the high street i can get it from as i dont like buying online!

Any mobile phone shop should stock them, you need one of these...

A bluetooth dongle, usually around £20
