i'm having a real head scratcher trying to fit a set of magnesium escos rims to my mk5 escort... i know i need longer wheel studs and probs my arches rolling and 215/40/16 tyres, but is there anything else i should worry about or should i give up on the idea all toghether and get rid of them??

Get a bit of the back face machined off if possible.
