Default Help!!! Needed Engine Assembly (Cumbria)

Hi just wondering if there is any folk on here who live in cumbria (North-West is Possible) who would be willing to help me assembly my Cosworth Engine Back together Mainly the Bottom-End.

I've rebuilt plenty of Vauxhall engines but never a Cosworth I'm ok with everything else to do with the engine just need someone who has done this before to help/guide me in the assembly

If Anyone can help could u PM me your contact details and i'll contact you

building the bottom end is easy, just rememebr that things need to still free flow and not need a breaker bar to turn it

fook knows why ya rolling ya eyes at me, the sugestion was actually to help ya,

if you can build a vaux engone then in all honesty building a cossie engine aint hard, its such a simple bottomend design that people have been building in there sheds since the 70's

but as you dont want advice from me ya gonna have to wait for someone else

GUESS WHAT !!!!, nobody else wants to help ya so maybe you should let the eyes keep ya company when ya building a engine all on ya own

enjoy

learn what the emotions mean then

but as i stated you will be fine

aslong as the machining is done its the same as a normal engine, infact its a old pinto engine that unemployed people used to work on in the 1980's and had fun with

dont let the price opf parts scare ya

if you have built engines before then theres no difference in the cosworth engine mate

get yourself a works manual and it will tell you everything you need to know on how to build it and where things go

im going to be building mine at the end of the year and it does seem relatively easy to assemble

good luck mate

As has been said before mate, cossie engines are fairly strightforward to build, especially the bottom end so you should be fine
