Fao rsjohn. I want my money back now

My cheque went in on 21 July and after loads of pm unanswered by you, two pathetic excuses and a pm to nsay i want my money back im putting this in the general discussion. This is by no means the first time this has happened by him so why is he still allowed to sell on here

All i want is a full refund for the £60 i gave you, Thank you very much. To help you because i know they'll be an excuse put a cheque to T. Wicks in an envelope with
A.R.Clarke Builders Ltd

Halstead
CO9 1HJ on the front, and put a stamp on it and hey presto ill get my money back . Now thats easy isnt it. Sorry for being sarcastic everybody but im totally pissed off with the bloke

PS you will have to put the envelope in a postbox!!!!!!!!!!

me and another lad were in the same boat, we exchanged pm's i have his mobile still, the lad i was communicating with threatened him which got him his money back, i was planning a visit

i had to threten to give him a kicking and take his car of him then thay sudenly arrived . i had to waight 6 weeks after he cashed the cheque

WTF you on about, i aint been threatened my no-one and threats certainly wouldnt get your money back.

As i explained last time iv had some problems and admit i do sometimes am a nightmare in sending stuf.

In this instance the guy has paid for a rocker cover which i said would be painted, he changed his mind on colour after payment.
I receieved cover and want happy with it so sentt it back to who i got to do it and its taking time to do.
I told him it was going back to be re painted.
Iv still not got back hence why its not been sent.

If he really insists on money back then thats fine with me.

you already look bad and thats no ones fault but your own and i did have to threten you and soon as i did the bits turned up and beleve me i could take your car if i had to i had to waight 6 weeks after you cashed the cheque so if you find it so hard to get to the post ofice why is it that you find it so easy to get to the bank that you could do it 6 weeks before you can post them id bought some pistons of you and thay where the only parts holding me back from having my car put back together

Lying twat, i changed the colour choice as the cheque was sent,after waiting 7weeks ive bought another had it sandblasted, powder coated and skimmed and breather holes drilled and tapped for dash fittings all in a week so what the f@@k is he on about. Well hes agreed to give my money back on the wednesday so ill eagerly await my post tomorrow. I wonder if hell manage to post that
