Tips for removing rear spoilers on Escos

Tips for removing rear spoilers on Escos
I want to remove both rear spoliers to clean under them, old wax etc, whats the best way and does anyone have any tips please

well it's done now and was easy peasy, I will be replacing the gasket as it is a bit cracked and have cleaned up all the parts that needed doing,will thoroughly wax everything before putting it back together so should last another 12 years hopefully

I thought they were still available 
Does anyone know if the specially shaped double sided sticky black tape stuff that holds the spoilers in place along with the bolts is still available

yeh u could try e bay but ive seen them go 4 silly money like 10/12 quid
