The BEST thing to do is get as many of the drivers in a car as possible, and do a sighting lap before driving, as that way you get an idea of what you're letting yourself in for.
The other thing to do is latch on to a local who has a slow car (such as a n/a hot hatch) and follow them round, as Cossie power should enable you to follow the lines of the experienced driver.

My advice would be to not go out with anyone else first, and not try and learn the track.
Just treat it like its a b road that you dont know, but know there are no coppers on.
Ie give it death but only where you can see what you are doing.
Nothing worse than coming over a brow of a hill thinking "im sure i remember this bit its a gentle right" and then its actually a tight left.
Just drive to what you can see.
Im looking forward to it, but not as much as last time as im passenger only this time which i know is going to be frustrating not getting to drive it.
Should still be good fun though and im well looking forward to a huge pizza in pinichios in adeneau (sp?) they are awesome

Yup.....flockin very excited!!! Just gotta pack now - got another meeting at 1pm - then off to Nutters via Cheshire Oaks for a batch of spare underwear as I would imagine I'm gonna need it.....and thats only for the journey to the Chunnel.....I've got a maxi pack of Pampers for the ring!!!
