I personaly dont mind anyone making a coin, as said above its the fools who pay it that are mugs, but Ł15 for some white rivets

I'd like to point out that I work for Ford .. NOT a dealer
I decided enough was enough .. Many unfortunate RS owners are being un-knowingly FLEECED by totally unscrupulous sellers.
I have watched several recently take a fortune from the unsuspecting owners.
The ones I intend to go after are the ones who blatantly lie in the description ....
Such as ... Very Rare ... Unavailable from Ford .... Discontinued ... etc, etc ...
I'll do this for readily-available parts only.
Examples such as the white rivets, RS centre caps, and the like.
If I discover a dealer making use of, or abusing the preferential parts system .. and selling in the above manner .. they WILL be in trouble.
I totally understand about selling on unavailable or obsolete parts .. Good luck to the sellers! Interesting to see how much things are worth. Like a couple of parts up at the moment, actually.

I don't need to see a Finis ... We generate them mate ... thousands of them.
We like to keep the numbers simple for the dealer and customer, see.
The original number is the Part Number, consisting of Base, Prefix, and Suffix.

ive seen them rivits on ebay for Ł3.99 with free p+p
i can still get the s1 carpet new from ford yet one was sold for Ł26 on
ebay second hand i can get it for less than that

I can get rivets all day long in Black White Red Blue. Any Size, my old man sent me 3000 reivets in various sizes, i only asked for a few to put my side skirts on

but to be fair, surely anyone with half a braincell will establish if they are rare or extinct first??? it's the oldest gag in the book to put "rare" in the listing title, works every time NO-ONE with any sense is going to pay that sort of money are they??
